She was also working as Consultant in IIPG, Bhubaneswar. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Economics at BIITM, Bhubaneswar.

She has to her credit more than fifteen research papers published in reputed national and international journals including ten publications in ABDC – B & C and Scopus. Dr. Sneha has also attended a workshop on “Teaching with Simulation” organized by Harvard Business Review along with other workshops, seminars, and conferences. She is also the reviewer for various ABDC journals.
